Outstanding Service Earns National Award |Friday, June 14, 2019

ComNet, LLC, of Muncie, IN has been honored with the exclusive ATSI 2019 Award of Excellence for the 15th year. This award is presented annually by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of tele-communications and call center services including telephone answering and message delivery across North America and the UK. ComNet, LLC was presented with the award at ATSI’s 2019 Annual Convention held at the OMNI Dallas Hotel, in Dallas, TX.

Independent judges are contracted by ATSI to evaluate message services over a six month period. The scoring criteria includes:

   - Response Time
   - Courteousness of Rep
   - Accuracy of Call
   - Knowledge of Account
   - Overall Impression of Call

Grimsby, ON (October 28, 2018) — Com Net, LLC of Muncie, IN has been honoured with the exclusive 2018 Award of Excellence for 8 years. The Award is presented annually by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X), the industry’s Trade Association for providers of call centre services including telephone answering and message delivery. Com Net, LLC was presented with the Award recently at the CAM-X 54th Annual Convention and Trade Show held at the Marriott Resort & Spa, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
