ComNet prides itself on the many executive services we offer. Major differences between other plans and the Executive Services Plan are as follows.

In the Executive Services Plan, we maintain detailed information about each client under the plan that can be available to callers according to approved instructions. Pricing, availabilities, schedules, frequently asked questions, customer service, help desk and tech support can all be a part of Executive Level Service.

Urgent messages requiring immediate dispatch will be monitored to confirm delivery to the proper person. Moderate messages can be delivered electronically via fax or email on a predetermined schedule.

Temporary instructions and various types of statuses can be used to address availability types and locations by any number of people. Messages and data can be delivered in a text or database format, and callers can be patched to a cell phone, residence, or other phone of the requested or on-call person.

Incoming calls and inquiries can arrive via telephone, email, fax, US Mail, or web chat. All calls are recorded on a voice logging system that is available to you on-line 24/7 using a login name and password that will be provided to you.

Call Detail Reports for every activity are available to clients under the Executive Level Services Plan. Many other types of custom reports can be created to meet the varying requirements of each client.

In addition to these services, a number of other services are available to clients using the Executive Level Services Plan.  

50 Minute Plan - $58.35 per month, overage minutes $1.05 each
80 Minute Plan - $87.45 per month, overage minutes $1.00 each
151 Minute Plan - $151.79 per month, overage minutes $0.98 each
270 Minute Plan - $260.95 per month, overage minutes $0.97 each
325 Minute Plan - $300.00 per month, overage minutes $0.95 each

Invoices can be delivered via fax, e-mail, or US Mail and can be paid either by credit card, automatic funds transfer or check.

One Time Set Up - $75.00-$125.00
Includes Express Check Out, Web Access to Voice Logger, On Call Scheduler, Client Provided Data Bases and or Web Site Interface and long term message archival and retrieval.
